How to make led oscilloscope

1- 100X 3mm LEDs
2- 1X 5K VARIABLE RESISTOR
3- 1X 50K VARIABLE RESISTOR
4- 1X LM3914 IC
5-1X CD4017 IC
6- 1X 555 TIMER IC
7- 1X 0.1 uF CAPACITOR
8- 2X 10K RESISTORS
9- 2X 1K RESISTORS
10- 10X 100 OHMS RESISTORS
11- 5mm DC FEMALE JACK
12- JUMPER WIRES
13- 2X VERO BOARDS
