Moso Mom loves coffee, so we baked some cookies that look like little coffee beans. Making a cookie the size of a coffee bean is really cute....but making 200 coffee bean-sized cookies is a little like intense training! It could be something you do peacefully on your own, or call up your children to help you out while they're still on summer vacation. Rounding it a bit oblong-shaped makes it look like a coffee bean after baked. Recipe * (for 200 coffee beans) 1. Add 1 tablespoon (6 g) of instant coffee to 1 tablespoon of milk (15g) and mix it. 2. Put 60g of unsalted butter (kept in room temperature) in a bowl and mix it with an eggbeater until it gets a creamy consistency. 3. Add 40g of sugar and mix. 4. Add half of (3) into (1), mix it and add the other half. 5. Sprinkle 70g of weak flour and 30g of corn starch into (4). 6. Mix it with a spatula. It's ok to mix with your fingers too. 7. Round (6) in a long oblong shape. 8. Use the back of a knife to add a vertical string. 9. Bake it for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 170℃. 10. Enjoy it with cold milk. Cafe au lait!
