The Song "Goodbye"

Released on January 21, 2017, "Goodbye" is 2NE1's final single and their first new music in three years. It is an emotional ballad that served as a farewell gift to their fans.

· Creation: CL co-wrote the lyrics, initially as a letter to Minzy after her departure. She later revised it after the group's disbandment to become a final tribute to their journey together. It marks the group's only track released as a trio (CL, Bom, and Dara) following Minzy's departure.
· Music Video: The black-and-white music video was filmed secretly in January 2017 and interweaves footage of the trio with archival clips, reflecting on their shared past.
· Reunion: Despite the disbandment, 2NE1 staged a surprise reunion performance at the Coachella music festival in April 2022, named one of the best performances of that year.
