Since 13th March 2021, The Dream Chapter: Magic and The Dream Chapter: Eternity
albums were removed from both YouTube Music/YouTube. Based on a survey made by one
of TXT fanbase, the albums are currently not available in varieties of countries such as
Malaysia, Greece, Mexico, Philippines, Canada, Peru, Panama, Indonesia, El Salvador,
United States, Australia, India, Argentina, Germany, Turkey, Chile, Thailand and more (TXT
International, 2021). We have tried contacting YouTube regarding this issue and it appears
that the creator/uploader is in charge of the availability of the albums put on the platform.
Thus, we are contacting you in order to bring up this issue to light for it to be resolved as
soon as possible. We hope to get your feedback soon.
