The CSCS Blue Card is evidence that the holder is a skilled worker that has completed an experience-related apprenticeship. The Black Card, however, is known as being the ‘Manager’s Card’. Being a holder of the CSCS Black Card itself will prove your knowledge and expert ability to deliver quality service as a manager.
