Bosnia and Herzegovina is submitting an application to join the European Union it's a major milestone in its integration
into Europe, 20 years after the end of a war that killed 100,000 people. But some question whether the Balkan state has reformed enough to apply to the 28-member bloc. Yvette McCullough takes a look at Bosnia and Herzegovina's economic and political situation.
