The warm-up is without any doubt an essential part of a match. In this document, the IHF Fitness Coaches will guide the IHF referees through the best way to get the best warm-up. The document is closely related to the IHF video of the same name and helps to understand the moment and the intensity of every exercise.
The video and the document are mandatory for all IHF referees in all of their games, if the circumstances allow it. Any exception must be coordinated and approved by the Fitness Coaches.
