You need to touch (The Statue Of Seven) to unlock map part there total 4 of them in Monstandt, in first main archon quest prologue act: 1, you can only touch 3 of (The Statue Of Seven), and third one only available after you completed first (archon quest prologue act 1), and last only available after archon quest prologue act 3.
