Bosnia and Herzegovina fails to form a government for over a year
Bosnia and Herzegovina doesn’t have a government, and it’s been over a year since citizens headed to the polls to choose their representatives. This time, the most significant setback is the country’s NATO membership, on which Bosniak, Croat and Serb leaders cannot agree.
