If you are just starting out on an exercise program, don't be in a rush to achieve more than your capabilities. Walking in this instance is not a competition either with yourself or with anybody else, but rather a means of improving your overall general health. Start slowly and build up both your pace of walking and the distance you cover over time. In the beginning, even if it is just a couple of minutes walking out into the garden or even just around the house (you could play this video through speakers or any of my other nature soundscapes and imagine you are walking outside). You can gradually increase how long you walk for and how far you travel, over time building up to a good 30 or so minutes 3-5 times per week at a brisk pace. If you never reach this goal that doesn't matter as long as you are exercising and well within your limits. Check with a professional physical educator medical practitioner as you progress to oversee everything is in order.
