US Troops are en route to Saudi Arabia to prevent future attacks on Saudi oil fields by their alleged perpetrator amid new tensions with Iran. Now the Pentagon, White House and Cyber Command are contemplating a high level cyber attack to stop Iran in its tracks. Investigative journalist Ben Swann joins In Question to discuss (5:24). A handful of world leaders will not be attending the United Nations General Assembly in New York City, including Russian president Vladimir Putin and Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro. Hundreds of protesters gathered outside the UNGA headquarters to greet President Rouhani, whose country is still being blamed for the recent attacks on a Saudi-oil facility (0:59). Indonesia will be the first government to formally blame Boeing for the deadly malfunction on the Max 8 jet that killed more than 300 people aboard a Lion Air flight in October 2018. Indonesian investigators will submit their report to the NTSB and FAA for review. Former NTSB official Jamie Finch discusses the scandal (13:31). Thousands of activists shut down the streets of Washington DC during Monday's morning commute. The movement, called #ShutDownDC, is part of a global climate strike by young activists.
