خشونت بی کلام، بی تماس بدنی، مردی است که در را که باز می کند زن ناگهان مضطرب می شود، غمگین می شود. نمی داند چرا. در حضور مرد انگار کلافه باشد. انگار خودش نباشد. انگار بترسد که خوب نیست. که کم است. که باید لاغرتر باشد چاق تر باشد زیباتر باشد خوشحال تر باشد سنگین تر باشد ، خانه دارتر باشد عاقل تر باشد. خشونت آن چیزی است که زن نیست و فکر میکند باید باشد. خشونت آن نقابی است که زن می زند به صورتش تا خودش نباشد تا برای مرد کافی باشد. مرد می تواند زن را له کند بدون اینکه حتی لمس اش کند. بدون اینکه حتی بخواهد لهش کند. این ارث مردان است که از پدران پدرانشان بهشان رسیده.
